Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of the item’s arrival.

  • Please email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.

  • Requests submitted after the 5-day window will not be eligible for review.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on the next steps. Approved defects may qualify for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Items will not be accepted if:

  • They show signs of wear, use, or alteration

  • They are returned without contacting us first

  • They fall under our final sale categories listed above
